The Chestertown, Maryland, Farmers Market Schedule
Beginning around the third Saturday morning in March, the Chestertown Farmers Market becomes a weekly staple on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. It begins every Saturday morning thereafter at 8 a.m. and ends at noon. Our market spans all of the Eastern Shore’s beautiful seasons—expect a full farmers market each week until the end of December (the Saturday before Christmas).
If you’re in town during the holiday season and long for the jovial atmosphere and local produce of the usual Saturday market, you’re in luck! Chestertown hosts a smaller, weather-permitting winter market during the chillier months. There are less vendors at this installment, but it’s still a great way to spend a winter’s day, cup of hot cocoa in-hand. We recommend checking out the winter market, then attending a holiday event like our Christmas Reading and High Tea celebration!
