OnePlus announced last week that it would be rolling out the stable OxygenOS 15 update to its users. Following this commitment, OnePlus is now rolling out the OxygenOS 15 update for OnePlus 11 users. Currently, it is being rolled out only for users in India. Users in the EU and North American regions will receive the update in the next three weeks.

Although the rollout has been announced, it will take around a week or two for the complete rollout to finish in India. The update comes with a total size of 3.59GB and a firmware version of CPH2447_15.0.0.201 (EX01).
