The Chinese consumer electronics maker, Realme, has now officially launched its latest Realme 14 Pro 5G, Realme 14 Pro+ 5G, and Realme Buds Wireless 5 ANC devices in the Indian market. The official sale for these new products is set to begin a week later.

Realme 14 Pro 5G

The Realme 14 Pro 5G is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 Energy 5G chip, and it runs on the Android 15 based Realme UI 6.0. The device also has a 6000 VC mm² cooling area, and is coupled with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It is available in two storage options – 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB.

For its display, it has a 6.77″ 3D curved OLED display with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 4500 nits peak brightness, and 3840Hz PWM dimming. A 50MP (IMX882, OIS) + 2MP dual rear camera unit and a 16MP selfie camera are also part of the device. The smartphone also packs a 6000 mAh battery backup, and supports 45W wired fast charge support.

Other key features include the unique pearl design (for each smartphone), world’s first cold-sensitive color-changing design, IP69 & IP68 & IP66 maximum water resistance, TUV Rheinland Rugged Smartphone-certified with military-grade shock resistance, industry’s first MagicGlow Triple Flash, 7.5 mm thickness, and 179 gm weight.

About the pricing, the Realme 14 Pro 5G is priced respectively at INR 22,999 (actual list price – INR 24,999) and INR 24,999 (actual list price – INR 26,999) for the 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB storage models (with INR 2,000 bank offer). The first sale for the smartphone is scheduled to begin from the 23rd of January 2025, at 12 PM onwards. It will be available on Flipkart, Realme official website, and also at Realme stores and other retail stores. Customers can purchase the device in three colors – Suede Grey, Pearl White, and Jaipur Pink.

Realme 14 Pro+ 5G

Realme’s 14 Pro+ 5G device has arrived equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor, along with other performance specs such as Android 15 based Realme UI 6.0 custom skin, 2 + 3 years of OS and security updates, 6000 VC mm² cooling area, LPDDR4X RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage. Three storage configurations are there – 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, and 12GB/256GB

A 6.83″ quad curved display is featured on the device, with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 1500 nits peak brightness, 3840Hz PWM dimming, 1.6mm ultra-thin bezels, and Gorilla Glass 7i protection. At the rear, 50MP (IMX896, OIS) + 8MP (IMX355, ultra-wide) + 50MP (IMX882, 3x – 120x zoom, periscope telephoto) triple rear camera system, and for selfies, a 32MP (GC32E2) front-facing camera, are offered. A 6000 mAh battery is also packed within, supporting 80W wired fast charging.

The Realme 14 Pro+ 5G has price tags of INR 27,999 (actual list price – INR 29,999), INR 29,999 (actual list price – INR 31,999), and INR 30,000 (actual list price – INR 34,999) respectively for the 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, and 12GB/256GB storage variants (with up to INR 4,000 bank offer). The first sale will start on the 23rd of January 2025, at 12PM onwards, and it can be purchased via Flipkart, Realme official website, Realme stores, and also through other offline retail stores. Three color choices are available – Suede Grey, Pearl White, and Bikaner Purple.

Realme Buds Wireless 5 ANC

The Realme Buds Wireless 5 ANC neckband is teased with the tagline – ‘Best ANC, Beast Battery Life’, and it features key specs like a 13.6 mm dynamic bass driver, 50dB hybrid active noise cancellation, adaptive three-level noise reduction, 360° spatial audio effect, ENC call noise cancellation, up to 38 hours battery life, and 10 mins fast charge for 20 hours playback time.

Customers can get the device in Suede Grey, Dawn, and Twilight Purple colors, and it can be purchased at INR 1,599 (actual list price – INR 1,799). The first sale starts from the 23rd of January 2025 itself, at 12PM noon, and interested customers can buy it from Flipkart, Amazon, and Realme official websites, or through Realme stores and other retail stores.

Realme 14 Pro Series 5G – Launching on 16th January 2025

As per what has been announced, the much awaited Realme 14 Pro series 5G will be launched for Indian consumers on the 16th of January 2025 at 12PM local time, and it will be made available in two Indian-exclusive color choices too. With previous updates itself, we are already aware of the White(Unique Pearl Design, Cold Sensitive Color-Changing Rear) and Black(Suede Leather) color variants, and apart from these, Bikaner Purple and Jaipur Pink color variants can also be expected.

Speaking of other official updates, Realme 14 Pro series 5G will also be the first in the world to feature a cold-sensitive color-changing design as well as a triple flash rear camera system. Moreover, the landing pages are currently live both on Flipkart and the brand’s official website. Also, via leaked poster images, the key specs of both the upcoming devices – Realme 14 Pro 5G and Realme 14 Pro+ 5G were revealed too recently.

The Realme 14 Pro 5G and Realme 14 Pro+ 5G devices are suggested to use the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy 5G and Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 5G chips, supporting 45W and 80W fast charge features, respectively. Both the devices are also pointed out to pack 6000 mAh battery backup and while the former is likely to features specs such as a 120Hz curved vision eye-protecting display and 50MP Sony IMX882 OIS main camera, the latter is expected to have a bezel-less quad curved display and sport a 50MP Sony IMX896 OIS main camera. To add, only the Realme 14 Pro+ model would have a periscope telephoto lens (50MP Sony OIS 3X zoom periscope telephoto camera).

Realme 14 Pro 5G – Revealed Key Specs

The Realme 14 Pro 5G as per the leaked poster images is revealed to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy 5G chip, offering both ultra-fast and power-efficient performance. The device is suggested to have a Unique Pearl Design, featuring a color changing and glowing rear panel. It is also IP69/IP68/IP66 maximum water resistant, with TUV Rheinland Rugged Smartphone certification and military-grade shock resistance.

A 120Hz curved vision display is also part of the device, along with proper eye protection. A Sony IMX882 OIS main camera as well as a MagicGlow Triple Flash system ensures better camera quality. A 6000 mAh Titan battery is also backed within, also making the Realme 14 Pro 5G the slimmest smartphone in the segment with such a large battery.

Speaking more, its Sony IMX882 OIS main camera is a 50MP camera lens, with 1/1.95″ large sensor, F/1.8 aperture, and 4K video support. The MagicGlow Triple Flash will also offer studio-level fill light and smart color temperature adjustment. Along with these, a 16MP ultra-clear selfie camera with AI beauty algorithm is also present on the device. Furthermore, a 45W SUPERVOOC fast charge feature is also supported.

Realme 14 Pro+ 5G – Revealed Key Specs

Coming to the Realme 14 Pro+ 5G, it is also pointed out to feature a color changing and glowing rear panel with a Unique Pearl Design, and with IP69/IP68/IP66 rated maximum water resistance. Additionally, this device is also revealed to have received the TUV Rheinland Rugged Smartphone certification, and is military-grade shock resistant.

It is suggested to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 5G processor, again which is ultra-fast and power-efficient, and it packs a 6000 mAh Titan battery as well, again becoming the segment’s slimmest device with a 6000 mAh battery backup. Furthermore, a Sony IMX896 OIS main camera, a Sony 3X periscope telephoto OIS camera, MagicGlow Triple Flash system, and a bezel-less quad curved display are revealed to be offered.

Regarding the camera system, apart from the 50MP Sony OIS main camera and 50MP Sony Periscope Telephoto OIS camera, a 112° ultra-wide camera is also going to be featured. For selfies, a 32MP ultra-clear selfie camera is also present. On the charging side, a 80W SUPERVOOC charging support, and on the software side, the Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15 OS (with Flux Theme), are supported.

Realme is yet to announce the official launch date for its 14 Pro Series 5G in India, however, the launch will be taking place this month itself as teased. The Chinese smartphone maker, Realme, is soon going to unveil its 14 Pro series 5G devices in January 2025, following the 14x 5G debut, and now, the alleged Realme 14 Pro 5G smartphone has made it to the Geekbench database, revealing a few key performance details.

Alleged Realme 14 Pro 5G – Geekbench Listing

This alleged Realme 14 Pro 5G smartphone which bears the model number of ‘RMX5056’, has achieved 1008 points and 2892 points respectively on the single-core and multi-core tests, and it is the 8GB RAM variant that has been tested.

Moreover, this device is revealed to feature the Android 15 operating (likely with the Realme UI 6.0 custom skin on top), and it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor with 2.50 GHz primary clock speed (not Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2). It is also integrated with the ARM Mali-G615 MC2 GPU as well.

Previously with this same model, the upcoming Realme 14 Pro 5G smartphone was reportedly spotted on the 3C, Camera FV5, and EEC databases. 45W wired fast charging along with 50MP main and 16MP selfie cameras were the revealed specs of the device. Reports also states it to be offered in Pearl White & Suede Grey colors and 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, & 12GB/512GB storage options.

Speaking of official updates, the Realme 14 Pro 5G series is teased to feature the world’s first triple flash camera system for an enhanced low-light and night photography, and world’s first cold-sensitive color-changing design. Other teased specs are the quad curved display with 1.5K resolution and 3840Hz PWM dimming, 42-degree curvature for maximum view, 1.6mm bezels, 7.55mm thickness, Suede Leather back, and a Unique Pearl Design. Also to add, apart from the 14 Pro 5G model, the series is also expected to consist of the 14 Pro+ 5G model too.
