Apple’s Upcoming iPhone SE 4 and New iPad Models Details Shared: Processor and Design Specs Revealed

Based on recent reports, the Cupertino-based tech maker Apple is believed to unveil four new devices early this year in 2025, and these are expected to include the iPhone SE 4, iPad 11, iPad Air 13 (2025), and iPad Air 11 (2025) models.

Via a new update (from Weibo tipster – Experience more), few key details pertaining to the upcoming devices have been shared online, suggesting the processor and design features of some of the above mentioned Apple products. Read more about it below.

As per the source code listings itself, we are able to find the four mentioned Apple devices – ‘iPhone SE (4th Gen)’, ‘iPad (11th Gen)’, ‘iPad Air 13″ (M3)’, and ‘iPad Air 11″ (M3)’, and it has been pointed out that unlike what was previously revealed, the iPad Air 13 (2025) and iPad Air 11 (2025) are probably going to use the brand’s M3 chip and not the M4 chip. [To note, the iPhone SE 4 and iPad 11 are reportedly going to be powered by the A18 processor]

Furthermore, what seems to be the design images of the respective models have also been shared.

Speaking more, a clearer render image of the iPhone SE 4 device (which is said to be called iPhone 16E) has also been shared, and it aligns with the dummy units image that was recently revealed. It is featured in the expected White color choice with a flat rear panel having a single main camera, microphone hole, and LED flashlight placed towards the top-left corner. The Apple logo is also present at the center of the rear panel.

What should be noted is that, the render image suggests that the iPhone SE 4 is also likely going to have a small Dynamic Island, and not the rumored notch design, bringing a unified iPhone design. The display is also revealed to have symmetrical bezels on all four sides. Additionally, the power button can be spotted at the right side panel, whereas the left side panel appears to have an action button and the volume rocker.

About the launch, it could either take place in the month of March or April of 2025, and with more future updates, we will be able to get a better clarity on the launch time frame. Also, all the four devices – iPhone SE 4, iPad 11, iPad Air 13 (2025), and iPad Air 11 (2025) are expected to debut around the same time itself.
