The Samsung Galaxy S25 smartphone series will be unveiled at the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event on 22nd January 2025. The series is said to include four models- Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, Galaxy S25 Ultra and Galaxy S25 Slim. We have been sharing all the updates related to these upcoming devices for a long time now.
A recent report revealed that Galaxy S25 Slim is suggested to arrive with a battery that has a capacity ranging between 3,000 to 4,000 mAh and to have a body thickness between 5.xmm to 6.xmm. Now in a recent X post, tipster @chunvn8888 shared that the Galaxy S25 Ultra 16GB RAM variant will be exclusive to the Asian market only.
So it's confirmed that the 16GB S25U is exclusive to the Asian market only. China, South Korea, India, Vietnam will have far from my knowledge. Looks like Asians like us are eating good one more time

Further in the comment section the tipster has also shared that the 16GB RAM variant will be paired with 512GB/1TB storage options whereas the 12GB RAM option will arrive with 256GB storage.
