Alleged OPPO Find N5 Smartphone Spotted on Geekbench With Snapdragon 8 Elite 7-Core Chip

OPPO, one among the leading Chinese consumer electronics makers, will be unveiling its latest flagship foldable device – the OPPO Find N5 next month in its home market and ahead of it, the upcoming device has been spotted on the Geekbench database. The listing also points out the processor that will be powering it, along with a few other performance details.

Alleged OPPO Find N5 – Geekbench Listing

The OPPO ‘PKH110’ device that is believed to be the upcoming OPPO Find N5 smartphone has achieved a single-core score of 2948 points and multi-core score of 8196 points on the Geekbench performance tests. It is the 16GB RAM variant of the device that has been listed on the benchmark platform, revealing others specs like Android 15 operating system, motherboard with codename ‘sun’, hexa-core processor with 4.32 GHz primary clock speed and 3.53 GHz base clock speed, and Adreno 830 GPU.

Qualcomm very recently announced the Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship chip with a 7-core architecture, and based on the details provided on Geekbench, this chipset will likely be used in OPPO’s Find N5 foldable smartphone.

Speaking more, the OPPO Find N5 device will be debuting next month (February 2025) in China as the world’s thinnest folding flagship, and is going to offer impressive performance and competitiveness in the segment as suggested by its internal codename – ‘Seagull’. Apart from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite 7-core chip, a 6.85″± 1.5K resolution LTPO main display, super large cover display, 50MP (1/1.5) large bottom main camera, 50MP (1/2.76″) ultra-wide camera, periscope telephoto camera, wireless charging, NFC, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and an IPX8-rated body are also revealed to be some of its other expected specs. Its render image was also shared very recently, revealing its possible design.

Also to add, the Find N5 smartphone has also been certified by the SIRIM, SDPPI, and Camera FV 5 certification authorities, confirming its launch in the global market, whereas it has also been reported that just like its predecessor, the Find N5 is also likely going to be re-branded as the next OnePlus Open 2 foldable.
