Samsung Galaxy Ring ’14’ and ’15’ New Size Variants Spotted on NCC Database With Live Photos; Brand Plans to Expand its Galaxy Ring Markets and Improve Sleep Technology With Advanced Features

The Samsung Galaxy Ring ’14’ and ’15’ new size variants following the previous listings have now made it to the NCC database. Via the recent listing, the live photos of the new size variants in three different colors, the charging case, and the charging cable have been revealed.

In related news, the brand has also shared that it plans to introduced its Galaxy Ring to more markets and in order to improve the sleep technology, is also updating the Samsung Health app with more advanced features.

Samsung Galaxy Ring ’14’ and ’15’ New Size Variants – NCC Listing

The new ’14’ (SM-Q514) and ’15’ (SM-Q515) size variants of the Galaxy Ring that Samsung is expected to release soon have been certified by the NCC authority with the reference numbers of ‘BAVV-WTW-P24110629’ and ‘BAVV-WTW-P24110630′ respectively.

The revealed live photos suggest that Samsung would be making its Galaxy Ring ’14’ and ’15’ size variants also available in Titanium Gold, Titanium Silver, and Titanium Black colors. The transparent charging dock and the White USB Type-C to Type-C charging cable would also be provided with the new products.

It was initially via the WPC certification platform that Samsung’s plan to launch larger size variants of ’14’ and ’15’ for the Galaxy Ring was revealed, apart from the already available nine size variants (‘5′ to ’13’). The two have also been certified by the Malaysian SIRIM certification authority too, whereas the support pages in global markets like India, Canada, New Zealand, and Malaysia were also listed a few days back. Speaking more, these two new size variants are both tipped to weigh 3.2 gm. In terms of the inner diameter, the size ’14’ and ’15’ variants are said to measure 23 mm and 23.8 mm respectively.

Currently, Samsung’s Galaxy Ring is available in 38 markets and with the added 15 markets, the brand is aiming to make it available in a total of 53 markets. Moreover, along with the two new sizes and the already available nine sizes, 11 size options will be offered in the 53 markets with the three aforementioned color variants.

As mentioned, the brand also plans to bring more new advanced features to the Samsung Health app to improve the sleep technology. Sleep Environment Report, Sleep Time Guidance, and Mindful Tracker are the three new features that will be added. The brand also aims to ensure a good night’s sleep, rather than just simply tracking sleep health.

The new size variants will be made available from the 22nd of January 2025, the same day the brand is going to conduct its Galaxy Unpacked event, and in the new 15 markets, the Galaxy Ring will start to be made available from February 2025, next month onwards.
